Alejandro Montiel Exersice Physiologist

Wellness EducatorPersonal Trainer and National Certified Massage Therapist

Alejandro Montiel has been working as a wellness educator for over 10 years. He personally believes that the body is a reflection of your own thinking. In other words, it is the result of your perception, decisions, judgment, information and experiences. He has a Bachelor Degree in Veterinarian Medicine in Mexico and believes his strong medical background combined with his new values has been helping him to become aware of his feelings and thoughts to learn how to have a functional body. He talks about a functional body that moves in a dynamic motion and a body that goes from point to point in a comprehensive, coordinated and balanced way.

The success of this body program highly correlates to the amount of time, degree of investment and commitment that you have. Commitment and constancy have been helping him to conclude that learning begins from concentration and paying attention. Learning from these types of experiences are going to determinate your own personal desire to get involved, which leads to designing a plan to achieve your body’s goals. After this plan is put into place, constancy is the key to being successful and changing your own experience.

Massage Therapists

Elizabeth McKenny, Licensed Massage Therapist, NCBTMB Certified

Graduated from Florida College of Natural Health/Steiner Education Group with a 4.0 G.P.A.

A dynamic massage therapist with vast training in Eastern and Western modalities including, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Cranial Sacral Therapy and Reflexology.

My love for massage therapy started when I was about ten years old massaging my older sister to help ease her pain. Being able to visually watch someone go from pain to peace because of what I was doing gave me a feeling of a purpose, and I knew that’s what I wanted to do when I grew up.

In between balancing my work schedule, I love to be out outside either on a walk down a nature trail with my 2 year old black Labrador or indulged with great music relaxing by the lake.
